Shipping Methods and Carriers

• Vendor Choice: Each Vendor selects their preferred/tie-up shipping carriers (e.g., local postal services) and methods (Standard or Express) in line to product delivery timelines.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be borne by us subject to minimum order amount.

Processing and Dispatch Time

• Processing Time: This is the time taken by the Vendor to prepare the order for shipment. Typically, this is 2-3 working days.
• Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the platform with complete delivery details.

Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is typically completed within 7 working days post shipment.
• International Shipping: We are not doing international shipping presently.
