Courier Delivery Orders

All orders placed through Celestial Arcane are delivered through reliable courier partners. In the event that you are not satisfied with the product received, you may be eligible to request a return, subject to compliance with the conditions outlined below.

Customers may initiate a return request within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed (where applicable) and maintained in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. The item must be returned in its original packaging together with all accompanying accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, labels, promotional materials and any other documentation that was included with the shipment.

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, alteration, mishandling or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return acceptance. Celestial Arcane reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the condition of the returned product before approving any refund or replacement request.

Once a return request is submitted, our customer support team will review the request and may seek additional information or supporting photographs, where necessary. Upon approval of the return request, arrangements will be made for the product to be picked up from the customer’s designated location, subject to serviceability and logistical feasibility.

After the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection and verification process to ensure compliance with the return eligibility requirements. Following successful inspection and approval, the refund process will be initiated within two (2) working days. The refunded amount will be processed through the original mode of payment or through any other method deemed appropriate by Celestial Arcane, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.

Please note that processing times after refund initiation may vary depending on the customer’s bank, financial institution, payment provider or card issuer. While Celestial Arcane will endeavor to process approved refunds promptly, we shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment systems.

Celestial Arcane reserves the right to reject any return request that does not satisfy the conditions specified in this policy or where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity or violation of the terms of sale.
