As a multi-vendor platform, shipping and delivery are taken care of by the individual Vendors, themselves, who list their products on the platform (Celestial Arcane.com). This policy outlines the general framework for shipping on the platform (Celestial Arcane.com).
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Vendor Choice: Each Vendor selects their preferred/tie-up shipping carriers (e.g., local postal services) and methods (Standard or Express) in line to product delivery timelines.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be borne by us subject to minimum order amount.
Processing and Dispatch Time
- Processing Time: This is the time taken by the Vendor to prepare the order for shipment. Typically, this is 2-3 working days.
- Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the platform with complete delivery details.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is typically completed within 7 working days post shipment.
- International Shipping: We are not doing international shipping presently.
