The submitted mobile number and/or email address will be verified as per Celestial Arcane’s verification process. Access to purchasing services on the platform will be enabled only after successful verification.

Orders are generally processed by the respective vendor within a period of 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Processing timelines may vary depending on the product and vendor-specific factors. Yes. Upon dispatch of an order, tracking details shall be communicated to the registered email address and/or mobile number via email and/or SMS, as applicable. Users are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during account registration are accurate and active to receive such notifications.

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Refund initiation typically occurs within 48 hours following approval and confirmation of fund realization. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment method, issuing bank, or payment service provider, and Celestial Arcane shall not be responsible for delays attributable to such third parties.

The availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method is subject to product eligibility and the location of delivery. Payment options applicable to a particular order shall be displayed at the time of checkout. Celestial Arcane reserves the right to enable or disable COD for specific products, delivery locations, or orders at its sole discretion.
